All orders placed with Fabculture are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept requests for returns, exchanges, or size changes.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
